How long should the sample be?
Please provide a 2 to 5 minute clip that represents the overall quality and specific issues of your full recording. This allows for an accurate evaluation.
What is the turnaround time?
Free samples are typically processed within 24 to 48 hours. You will receive an email notice once your enhanced audio is ready for review.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. Your files are only used for the mastering evaluation and are deleted from our servers after the sample process is complete unless you proceed with a full project.
